The precision tools hall of CHEKAD Sanat Fallah Company is one of the most equipped and updated laboratories for testing the raw materials and products the main goal of which is to ensure the compliance with the corresponding national and international standards by using a wide range of advanced and updated equipment and a great quality control management. The laboratory management and staff carry out all stages of inspection and quality test (including destructive and tensile tests, dimensional test and comparison with checking fixture and eye control) according to the current standards on the inputs of raw materials (sending the corresponding sample to the laboratory out of the company for mechanical and chemical tests), the final products (CRF and sending out for Cmm), and the series produced at the company.
CHEKAD QC process starts by inspection and control of the inputs of raw materials (bolts and nuts, separate parts, and raw sheets) and continues to the assessment of production standards by using advanced tools and according to the specifications requested by the customers. In addition to self-inspection at CHEKAD QC lab, the quality of highly sensible parts is confirmed by the third party inspector representing Sazeh Gostar Saipa/Sapco/Iran Khodro Company.
